1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

STORAGE PROCEDURES:
Lyophilized: store at 4 degrees C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C.

RECONSTITUTION:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

STABILITY:
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4 degrees C.

TITER:
By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 1.0 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories). May be used as capture IgG at 1-2 ug/ml.
