PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Recombinant Rat SCF produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18409 Dalton. The rRSCF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

SOURCE:
Escherichia Coli.

FORMULATION:
Lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution in water containing 20mM Tris pH-7.5.

PURITY:
Greater than 98.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by SDS-PAGE
(b) Analysis by RP-HPLC
(c) Anion-exchange FPLC

STORAGE:
Although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, it should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution store at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

SOLUBILITY:
It is recommended to reconstitute in sterile H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
