PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Recombinant Human BMP-7 produced in E.Coli is a monomeric, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 139 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15679.97 Dalton. The rHuBMP-7 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

SOURCE:
Escherichia Coli.

FORMULATION:
BMP-7 was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) sterile solution containing 1% sucrose, 1.2% mannitol, 20mM glycine, and 0.005% tween 20 pH-4

PURITY:
Greater than 95.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE

ENDOTOXIN:
Less than 0.1 ng/ug (IEU/ug)

STORAGE:
Although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, it should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution it should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

SOLUBILITY:
It is recommended to reconstitute in sterile 40mM AcOH (acetic acid) not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
