Organic extraction>S-Sepharose> > S-300. Protein is >95% pure (As determined by HPLC-C4, and 10% PAGE).

1mg/ml, 50 mM Tris pH 7.2, 8 M urea

STORAGE:
Reagent is shipped at ambient temperature.

STABILITY:
Five years frozen. Six months in solution at 4°C.

SPECIFICITY:
Immunoreactive with all sera of HIV-1 infected individuals.

APPLICATIONS:
Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for early detection of HIV seroconvertors with minimal specificity problems.
