PURIFICATION METHOD:
Boric acid precipitation / S-Sepharose

PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
0.5 mg/ml, in PBS (after reconstitution).

STORAGE:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized, one month at 4°C in solution.

RECONSTITUTION:
Reconstitute with 0.4 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, add 5 ul per 106 cells.

SPECIFICITY:
Mouse Thy-1.2 (allel-specific)
