IMMUNOGEN:
Whole mouse spleen cells

Ig SUBCLASS:
IgG 2 Mouse.

PURIFICATION METHOD:
Boric Acid precipitation / S-sepharose.

PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

STORAGE PROCEDURE:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION / USAGE:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, add 2.5-10 ul per 106 cells (depending on the haplotype).

SPECIFICITY AND CROSSREACTIVITY:
Specific for many murine MHC class I antigens including H-2b, H-2k, H-2s, H-2p.

APPLICATIONS:
Staining, sorting, panning, and immunoprecipitation.antibody mediated cytotoxicity was not checked on all
strains.
