STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION / USAGE:
Reconstitute with 0.2ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, add 5-10 ul per 106 cells. Analysis was done on Con A-stimulated lymph node T cells. Dilution of 1:20 will block 80-90% of stimulation of CTLL cells by 100u of murine IL-2
