Murine IL-2 purified fron Con A activated T cell culture supenatant.

PURIFICATION METHOD:
Protein A / S-sepharose.

PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution)

STORAGE PROCEDURES:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

RECONSTITUTION:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

TITER:
1:50 dilution will block 50-70% of CTLL proliferative response to "5% Con A sup" as a source for murine IL-2. This antibody will also block 50-70% of MLR or T cell proliferation to KLH, optimal dilution has to be determined for these systems by the investigator.
