IMMUNOGEN:
Purified Mouse lymph node B cells.

Ig SUBCLASS:
Mouse IgG2a.

PURIFICATION METHOD:
Protein A column.

PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

STORAGE:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized. One month in solution stored at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION / USAGE:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, add 2.5-5ul per 106 cells (depending on the haplotype)

SPECIFICITY:
Mouse I-Ek.

CROSSREACTIVITY:
Cross reacts with I-Ed, I-Ep, and I-Er but not with I-Eb.

APPLICATIONS:
Staining, sorting, panning, antibody mediated cytotoxicity and immunoprecipitation.
