IMMUNOGEN:
Purified Mouse lymph node B cells.

Ig SUBCLASS:
IgG2b, Mouse.

PURIFICATION METHOD:
Protein A column.

PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

STORAGE:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE :
Two years lyophilized. One month when stored in solution at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION / USAGE:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, add 5-10 ul per 106 cells.

SPECIFICITY:
Mouse I-As.

CROSSREACTIVITY:
Cross reacts with I-Ap. Not crossreactive with I-Ad,I-Ab,I-Ak.

APPLICATIONS:
Staining, sorting, panning, antibody mediated cytotoxicity, and immunoprecipitation.
