PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

STORAGE:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized. One month in solution at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION / USAGE:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, add 2.5-10 ul per 106 cells (depending
on the haplotype).

SPECIFICITY:
Most mouse MHC class II haplotypes

CROSSREACTIVITY:
Reacts with most rat MHC class II haplotypes.

APPLICATIONS:
Staining, sorting, panning, immunoprecipitation, and antibody mediated cytotoxicity.
