Boric acid precipitation / S-Sepharose.

PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml in PBS

STORAGE PROCEDURES:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION :
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

TITER :
For flow cytometry, add 5-10 ul per 106 cells. For antibody mediated cytotoxicity, use 1:500 - 1:1000 dilution (determined on mouse erythrocytes)

SPECIFICITY:
Mouse HSA

CROSS REACTIVITY:
None detected (does not cross react with human HSA).
