Con A-activated, CD4+ and B cell-depleted Mouse LN cells.

PURIFICATION METHOD:
Boric acid precipitation/ Q-Sepharose

PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml, in PBS (after reconstitution).

STORAGE:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized. 4 weeks at 4°C, in solution. biot-conjugated antibody is less stable in solution (2 weeks) than purified and FITC-conjugated antibody.

RECONSTITUTION:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, dilute 1:1 and add 5ul per 106 cells.

SPECIFICITY:
Mouse CD8 (both alleles)
