Boric acid precipitation, G-50 column

PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

STORAGE:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized, 4 weeks at 4°C, in solution.

RECONSTITUTION /USAGE:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, dilute 1:1 and add 2.5-5 ul per 106 cells.
