STORAGE PROCEDURES:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

TITER:
For flow cytometry, add 5-10 ul per 106 cells.
Note: Different sources of tissue macrophages may
express different levels of CD11b.

SPECIFICITY:
Mouse CD11b

CROSS REACTIVITY:
None detected (does not cross react with human CD11b).
