IMMUNOGEN:
Anti Thy-1 treated Mouse Spleen Cells

Ig SUBCLASS:
Mouse IgM.

PURIFICATION METHOD:
Boric Acid precipitation / S-sepharose.

PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).

STORAGE PROCEDURES:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION / USAGE:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, add 5-10 ul per 106 cells (depending on the haplotype).

SPECIFICITY:
H-2Dd (MHC Class I)

CROSSREACTIVITY:
Cross reacts with H-2Du, H-2Dp. May cross react with other H-2 haplotypes.

APPLICATIONS:
Staining, sorting, panning, immunoprecipitation, and antibody mediated cytotoxicity.
