PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution)

STORAGE PROCEDURES:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at 20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION:
Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

TITER: By direct ELISA, 1:20,000 dilution will yield >1.0 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).

CROSS REACTIVITY:
No cross reactivity with murine IL-8 was detected.

NOTE:
This antibody is produced in BALB/c mice.
