PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:
1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution)

STORAGE PROCEDURES:
Lyophilized: store at -20°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
2 years lyophilized, one 1 month in solution at 4°C.

RECONSTITUTION:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

TITER:
In capture ELISA, using 100 ng/well immobilized mAb, 100 pg of IFN-g will give a reading of 0.15 O.D. Neutralization titers vary with the virus assay used. Titers have to be determined by the investigator.
