PROTEIN CONCENTRATION:

STORAGE:
Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

STABILITY / SHELF LIFE:
Two years lyophilized.

RECONSTITUTION:
Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, add 5-10 ul per 106 cells. Titer for blocking of HIV infection has to be determined by the investigator.
