E.coli derived recombinant. The protein contains the full-length HCV NS3 (c33c) immunodominant region.
PURIFICATION METHOD:
Sepharose-Derived Purification.

Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
PROTEIN CONC:
1mg/ml in 25mM Tris-HCl, 1mM EDTA, 1,5M urea, 50% glycerol.
STORAGE:
Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -20°C.
STABILITY:
Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature.
SPECIFICITY:
Immunoreactive with sera of HCV-infected individuals, including sera with antibodies to NS3 secondary domains.
APPLICATIONS:
Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems. |
